Exchange Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your item(s), you can exchange any new, unworn items within 15 days of receiving your delivery.
Contact our customer service team at info@fasicacollections.com to initiate the exchange process.
Clearly state the reason for the exchange and provide your order number.
Please ensure the tags are still intact and the items are in the same condition in which you received them. Items MUST be returned unworn and in their original packaging.
Once we receive your exchange or return, allow 5-7 business days for our team to process it. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We do not offer refunds for exchanges; however, store credit may be provided if the replacement item is unavailable.
